How do I add it to my iPhone?
Use Safari. It is four short steps.
Open the site in Safari
Go to Fat F-Buddy and log in, or join if you haven’t yet.
Tap the Share button
It’s the square with an arrow pointing up. Can’t see it? Tap the three dots and look for Share there.
Choose Add to Home Screen
Scroll down the list of options until you spot it, then tap it.
Name it and tap Add
The name box is yours to edit. If the icon asks you to log in again the first time you open it, that’s normal.
Same trick on an Android phone
Open the site in Chrome
Go to Fat F-Buddy and log in.
Open the Chrome menu
Tap the three dots next to the address bar, usually at the top right.
Choose Add to Home screen or Install app
Chrome offers one or the other, depending on your phone. Either puts an icon on your home screen.
Confirm the name
Change it if you are offered a box for it, tap Add or Install, and the icon appears.
Rename it if you want to. An iPhone lets you edit the name as you add the shortcut, and Chrome on Android usually does too. The label changes, not the icon, so the shared phone tips below still apply.

Private even when the phone is shared
- Use a username, not your name. Other members see only the username you choose, never your real name or email.
- Tuck the icon into a folder. A new name changes the label, not the picture, so a folder of everyday apps hides it.
- Hide previews on the lock screen. Switch them off in your phone’s notification settings so an alert can’t be read over your shoulder.
- Sign out when you are done, on any phone someone else might pick up.
- Lock the phone itself. A passcode or fingerprint does most of the work.

No. Classic is where everyone starts, and it covers the shortcut, a profile, daily matches and a few messages each day. Moving up to VIP or VIP Plus adds tools like unlimited messaging and search filters.
